Operating Method
Architecture of the tokenization process
Each Project goes through four stages, from the physical asset to Investor access, with its own trust and technical traceability in every Movement.

Trust Structuring
One trust of its own for each Project, with its Trust Agreement, its Agreed Rate, its term and its Target Amount.

STAGE 03
Issuance of Digital Tokens
Btken issues the trust's Tokens: equal parts that entitle the holder to recover the capital plus the Agreed Rate at Maturity.
Traceability on the Digital Layer -

Investor Access
By Invitation only. The Investor buys Tokens inside the app, follows their Portfolio and is paid at Maturity.

Trust Agreement
Each trust is governed by its own Agreement: Target Amount, Agreed Rate, term, Subscription Period and Guarantee. The Investor reads it and gives their Consent before every Purchase.

One Trust per Project
Each Project has its own trust and its own Tokens. Two floors of the same hotel are two independent Projects.

Movement Traceability
Each Movement that changes a Holding (issuance, transfer or burn) carries its transaction hash and can be checked on a block explorer.

Payout Guarantee
Each trust has a Mortgage and a Guarantee Fund to pay the Payout if the Project does not produce enough.
